The Fruitea Blend: Integrated Therapeutic Services
EMDR and holistic approaches that is customizable to meet you where you are at.
Trauma & Chronic Stress:
Use trauma-informed care and specialized, evidence-based methods—including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) —to process deep-rooted issues and core beliefs. This helps reduce symptoms like anxiety, depression, and trauma-related distress, which can transform chronic stress into self-acceptance, regulated empowerment, and profound inner clarity, whether this is related to specific events or cultural and identity experiences.

Identity & Cultural Exploration:
Embody a queer-affirming, identity-affirming, and/or culturally centered space to process minority stress, navigate migration and identity conflicts, and/or build self-esteem. This work can include understanding the impacts of intergenerational trauma. The focus is on honoring the complex tapestry of backgrounds and guiding individuals in discerning which values to keep and which new concepts to bring in that better align with an authentic self. The process supports turning cultural expectations into personal affirmations to live authentically and genuinely aligned with core values.
Find relief from the exhausting cycle of anxiety, depression, and/or emotional overwhelm. If needed, sessions can move beyond symptom management to address the underlying trauma and systemic stress that often fuel anxiety and depression. The work utilizes specialized, evidence-based methods—including EMDR —to regulate the nervous system and process the core issues contributing to distress. Individuals gain the skills necessary to reclaim emotional stability, increase inner clarity, and cultivate a sense of serenity, contentment, and sanguine.

Life Transitions:
Relationships & Family Dynamics:
Supporting those navigating significant physical and hormonal changes—including, but not limited to, the impact of hormonal imbalances, acne, and transitions related to gender or reproductive health. We use body based skills to regulate the nervous system and address how these changes impact self-esteem. Guiding individuals to establish sustainable routines, reduce stress, and incorporate supportive movement creates a long-lasting commitment to empowerment and holistic health.
Dive into a blend of introspective discussions to explore major life changes—from shifts in career and academics to coping with grief, relocation, or relational break-ups (including friendship break-ups because those cut on a deeper level!). I guide clients in creating the necessary space to process the meaning of these changes and fully experience the complex emotions that accompany adjustment. The work facilitates moving forward with inner clarity on core values, intentionality in how to show up, and the skills to navigate the discomfort inherent in new eras of life.
Navigate the complexity in romantic partner(s), family dynamics, and peer relationships. Sessions can focus on clarifying and establishing healthy boundaries and communication patterns that honor cultural context. This process involves examining historical relationship patterns, tracing their formation back to early childhood dynamics. The work explores learned attachment and communication styles to understand their current role in navigating relationships, allowing individuals to develop healthier, more intentional connections.
