Adult and Child Individual Therapy

Insurance: In-network with Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross California (60 min sessions).

Private Pay: $240 (60 min)

Inquire about session more than 60 minutes.

Couples and Family Therapy

Private Pay Only: $260 (60 min)

Inquire about session more than 60 minutes.

Please note that insurance is accepted for standard Individual Therapy sessions only. Couples therapy, family therapy, and all 90-minute sessions are strictly private pay.

Payment Options

Credit card payments are accepted, including credit, debit, HSA, FSA for private pay clients.

Super bills will be provided upon request on a monthly basis.

Payment & Security Notice: All initial consultations and sessions will be confirmed exclusively via email from elizabeth.nguyen@fruiteatherapy.com. Please note that I will never request deposits or checks. All payments are processed securely through Headway (for insurance) or via a secure link provided during our session (for private pay/out-of-pocket).
